The Jelly Sound House - 2012-2013

The Jelly Sound House, the latest space acquired by Jelly, is used as a sound space for music workshops, band rehearsals and studio recording.

The space offered Reading All Steel Percussion Orchestra ample room for storing the instruments with no noise constraints. The building was previously used as an underground nightclub most recently Club Mannakoo but in the past it was called Bamboo, Rebecca's and Gatsbys.

From the Jelly Sound House CultureMix delivered a summer programme of Olympic themed workshops, activities and preparation for performances at the Royal Albert Hall and for the London 2012 Festival.

Inside the Jelly Sound House

The Jelly Sound House is home to Reading All Steel Percussion Orchestra for rehearsals and workshops.

The Jelly Sound House provided plenty of space to store the steel pan instruments with a loading bay and easy access to the mainline railway station and Reading town centre.

An ideal rehearsal space for Reading Steel Percussion Orchestra.
