Bring family and friends together for an unforgettable experience.
'I just wanted to send a quick e-mail to thank you and your team for a wonderful workshop experience last Saturday. My guests were blown away by the experience and the way you managed to teach us something that, when playing it back, did sound vaguely familiar!'

Enrich your curriculum and create your own school steel band.
'Steel panning has had a huge influence on the children at my school. It is the most inclusive practical music making which has enabled the children to work together, listen, concentrate and have fun all at the same time. It is incredible to hear the results of the excellent teaching provided by tutors from CultureMix. After only a term, the children are playing as an orchestra in three parts.
I cannot imagine my school without steel pans anymore.'
Mrs Rostron - Head Teacher (Weekly music lessons - West Berkshire)
'The tutors have done a fantastic job and the children have had a great time. Even the staff have commented on how much they have enjoyed hearing them play steel pans on a Monday afternoon!!!! It has been absolute pleasure working with you and I am really impressed with your organisation skills.'
Jane Gadd - Music teacher (Weekly music lessons - Berkshire)
'CultureMix teach regularly in my school, they are simply inspirational. The children and staff are highly motivated by their exciting workshops and lessons, their teachers are always enthusiastic and highly talented. Thanks to CultureMix we now have our own very successful Steel Pan Orchestra who regularly play for school fetes and concerts.'
Mrs Morley - Head Teacher (Weekly music lessons - West Berkshire)
'I just wanted to email you to thank you for providing us with such a great teacher... subsequently the popularity of steel drumming has risen dramatically.'
Mrs Rowe - Head of Music (Weekly music lessons - Hampshire)
''CultureMix's tutors provided a well paced, creative but challenging workshop which was sympathetically tailored around both the specification and the students needs.
All students were encouraged to participate through the lively delivery and the one to one support offered to students in the session.
Very quick results were evident and before long the students were engaging in a high quality performance of a traditional steel pan piece using good instrumental technique and really listening and reacting to the other players within the wider ensemble.
If only all coursework could be completed this easily!!''
Mr Masson - Head of Music John Madejski Academy (Berkshire)
Turn your team into a steel band for a day and improve productivity.
'I think it was good for the team to work together on something that was new
and fun, outside of the workplace, where everyone was on an equal footing.
It was enjoyable and there was plenty of laughter while learning as a group.
One team member said they would just watch because they were not musical but they were soon taking part. We went onto the 'serious business' of making
work plans for the year and discussing priorities but this was a great
Liz (Team Building Workshop - Berkshire)
''Thank you for running the session on Thursday night, it was a real highlight for the NQTs and they had a marvellous time.
